Lively Minds
Lively Minds is an 8-week, school-based wellbeing programme designed for primary school children aged 5–7. The programme focuses on supporting early emotional literacy, empathy, cooperation, and self-expression through creative and play-led activities that feel natural and engaging for young children.
Each session is structured around a weekly theme and uses storytelling, art, movement, role-play, and group reflection to help children recognise emotions, understand how feelings affect behaviour, and learn positive ways to express themselves. Activities are designed to encourage kindness, teamwork, and emotional awareness while creating a calm and inclusive space for all children.
Lively Minds is developed in collaboration with child mental health and education professionals to ensure that all content is age-appropriate, ethical, and evidence-informed. Sessions are delivered by trained volunteers who receive guidance on safeguarding, child engagement, and emotional support. The programme works closely with schools to complement existing wellbeing and PSHE provision, strengthening the emotional foundations that support learning and development.

Lively Voices
Lively Voices is an educational podcast created to support parents, caregivers, educators, and students in understanding child mental health and emotional development.
Through thoughtful conversations with psychologists, teachers, therapists, and child development professionals, Lively Voices translates academic research and professional knowledge into accessible, real-life insight. Each episode explores topics such as emotional development in early childhood, supporting children through big feelings, the role of play and creativity, and building emotionally supportive environments at home and in schools.
Lively Voices aims to bridge the gap between theory and everyday practice by offering evidence-based guidance in a relatable and compassionate way. By increasing understanding and confidence among adults, the project supports children’s wellbeing beyond the classroom and contributes to wider community awareness of early mental health.
