About Lively Wellbeing CIC

Lively Wellbeing is a Community Interest Company, based in Manchester, UK. Lively Wellbeing is dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children in their early years. We believe that emotional education should begin early and be delivered in ways that feel natural, creative, and engaging.

Childhood is a critical time for developing emotional awareness, empathy, and confidence, yet many children are not always given the tools or spaces to explore their feelings safely. Lively works with children aged 5–7, their families, and school communities to help build strong emotional foundations. Our work is informed by psychological research and developed in collaboration with professionals in child development and education to ensure ethical, age-appropriate practice.

Our work is delivered through two interconnected projects: Lively Minds (8-week school-based wellbeing programme) and Lively Voices (educational podcast). As a Community Interest Company, all of our activities are driven by social purpose, our mission is to nurture healthier childhoods and support the environments in which young children learn, play, and grow.
Our Projects
We offer engaging projects to support emotional learning and mental health awareness, equipping children and caregivers with essential skills.
